Hey there. I just bought #642/2000 about a month ago. It didn't/doesn't (I'll explain) when I got it due to the previous owner so kindly wiping out the SAFC settings and hacking a few other things that the guy before him had done.
Anyways, heres a rundown of the known mods: Walboro 255, 550cc injectors, AFPR ( no bung for rail though), manual boost controller, Blitz BOV (replacing as this one vents to atmosphere), Apexi SAFC-II, autometer boost and A/F gauges, small 16G, FMIC (redueing), ported 2G elbow, ported intake manifold, port and polished heads, 4 angle valve job, ?stock? cams, exhaust manifold (unknown brand) w/ wrap, full turbo back exhaust, 2G trans case w/ brass syncros, Exedy clutch, and Volvo S40 radiator (also replacing). Probably missed a few things, but those are the biggies.
Anyways, when I got it, it wouldn't turn over. After some troubleshooting of the fuel system, I got it running, but not well. Started screwing with the AFC and once I finally got it to where it would almost idle... the radiator blew. The S40 was a crossflow and the way that he had the hose run, put to much tension on the inlet neck and it snapped spraying coolent everywhere.
Anways, I now have a reason to throw some mods at it so here's the plans: Griffin Scirrocco radiator (seems like a perfect fit), 2G MAF, new intercooler piping (current ones a hack job), EVO intercooler, new BOV (?HKS/Greddy?) new shifter bushings (at trans end and in shifter. Making them myself), relocate battery to trunk (once was then undone), and then drive it. Should be on the road at the end of the month if things go smoothly. I'll post pics tomorrow.
