Right now I'm really not sure and a price isn't set in stone. I'm trying to make these as cheap for you guys as I can. I'm anal about stuff and want all of this to be plug and play and be professional. If I wanted to rush it I could have had them all cut with a chop saw and belt sanded and shipped and not be doing compound cuts and slots on the mill. I personally can't stand seeing stuff built that doesn't match or looks like its done with a hacksaw. I spent today building a one off vice / jig to hold up to a 3.5 inch piece of angle and hold it rigid which cuts down on noise and chatter, better for my machine and makes the final product look better. Still have to get hardware and do all the shipping figures, get boxes etc. If I'm out doing that I can't be making jigs and cutting metal. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif Hopefully by this time tomorrow I'll have some more progress photos. Trying to get as much done as I can because were getting more snow Sunday and Monday which means kids out of school and less getting done. Well back to the shop.

Shane the ways these work you set the seat in the car and shift it forward. Then take the rear bar and set under the evo rails and bolt on hand tight. Then pick up the seat and set over the rear factory holes and bolt in hand tight. Then slide the seat al the way back Now up front you'll take the 1.5 wide pieces I'm making today /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif and bolt up hand tight to the seat rails then raise up the seat and set the aluminum brackets coming in the next few days on the floor and install nuts hand tight. Now this is the part you guys have to do. The way these are built there height adjustable for the driver. You take a pair of clamps and have them ready and sit in the seat and lean back til you comfortable and clamp. Now go around and tighten all the hardware and make sure the seat is sliding super easy. After that you'll take a drill and drill a hole or 2 in the front tabs one at a time and install the bolts and tighten. That or just remove and take them to you local tig welder and have them welded. Either way will work. Ok can cut metal talking to you guys. Bye

After you look at them you'll realize why its this way. If I milled a slot and a single hole in the other one over time they would become loose. Ok back to it.

The brackets that mount to the seat rails should be done tonight. Seems like the only time I can be left alone long enough to do anything without interruptions is after 10. I got the feed rate cranked up and keeping the cuts shallow so not to disturb anyone sleeping.

The cuts facing upwards are all done and doing the cuts that bolt or weld to the others now. If I finally get sick of them and decide to go to bed I'll finish them tomorrow night and finish up code for the other thicker stuff that bolts to the floor.

Here's pictures to prove to John (Toybreaker)and Chris (Boostin Hard) I am working on these. Enjoy On and look close I left the pieces connected with a .5mm strand, I needed some entertainment /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

The run of brackets for the rails are done. Going to watch the Olympics for a while then come down and check the code for the floor brackets and start cutting them tomorrow. I don't have them cut out yet so I'll chop them out in the morning and start running programs in the afternoon.

I'll chop them out in the morning and start running progrums in the afternoon.

I fixed that for you hillbilly. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
