Can you elaborate on how you concluded that the camber is now positive? Is it on an alignment rack, or was it? OR is it just the way it looks?

If you just finished the install, and haven't moved the car yet (Assuming you had it up on stands) you may be jsut seeing the tire rolled over on the wheel and loaded up.

Maybe the rear just has mad negative camber now, making the front look positive in comparison.

Usually lowering/raising the front doesn't mess with camber much unless you're talking a few inches.
