Alright, I worked tonight on getting the 190 installed for 828, but the oring on the fuel pickup stem on the old pump was a bit damaged (and seemed to be slightly swollen). New pump did not come with the o-ring, so I need to get one. I presume this should be fuel resistant, so buying a regular o-ring at the hardware store is not a good idea, or am I wrong about that.

I may have to do that for the time being is ordering something is necessary. I would rather find something local, but not sure if that is doable.

Suggestions?

Worst case scenario, you can buy a bump at orielly-zone and swap o-rings. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif And then pray that you don't read about any fatalities in your local paper caused by faulty fuel pump installs? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

Not listening, not listening. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/jawdrop.gif

Actually, found an o-ring today that will work perfectly. Still something I will try to collect to have in the spares bin. I know the basic size specs now at least.
