I've seen grand prix GTP vents, evo 3 vents grafted in, the jdm vents as well as the Paulo copies and the GT500 vent that was just posted a few weeks back.

I've always wondered what these would look like but finding a set in the junkyard is impossible. Not to many old Z28 still around.

My neighbor up the street is in the middle of a ground up on a 78 Z28 and a few weeks ago bought a parts car and raped it for everything he needed or can sell and crushed the rest. So I picked these fender vents up just to see and post the pictures on the board for you guys.

maybe directly above the front hub and a little forward if I didn't already have the CF vents but to busy with them. The thickness and angles of the vents from one to another is just off to much for me. If anyone likes them there from a 78 and 79 the 80 and 81 had a single naca duct deal... there's a set of those on ebay for 100 right now.

Here's a few shots for you guys in different places
Yea yea wash your car Curtis.

Bite me.

I personally don't like it. Too much like a Diahatsu Charade De Tomaso or a Ford Escort Cosworth

Your real issue shouldn't be where they look good which is epic "rice" coming from you Curtis (I'm disappointed /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/fawkd.gif ) but rather where they would be most effective.

A NAPA duct should make the vent into an inlet to channel flow to something like a cooler or oil filter. The JDM vents located where they are are supposed to do exactly that ... 'VENT' hot air from the manifold out of the engine bay.

Whilst those vents might look cool, why do you want to vent your fuse box and strut towers? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

Paul didn't say I was going to run them just carried them down here to see what they looked like and take some pictures.

Call me a ricer again and I'll take a sh*t in your crate before it leaves out /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/fawkd.gif
