WTB: Power Steering Line

Does anyone have used power steering line thats still in 'good' or 'ok' condition(like the picture)? I've looked at several places but I can't find any. Or if any help, do you know the 'right' flaring tool that will be able to do this end part of the line?

I think I have one when I pulled all my powersteeeing stuff off for the manual rack.
