Can these be put in upside down? i sent the head out to the machine shop, slapped the head on, went to put the washers on the arp head studs and noticed some of them won't clear the valve spring. Even if i tried to put the washer in slightly cock eyed to get it to the bottom of the stud, the washer wont seat down on the head. maybe I got the wrong washers from arp, maybe the valve springs are upside down?

this is very common... if you haven't torqued the head down, lift it about an inch so that none of the studs are protruding, and drop the washers on. ive found that is the best way to combat this issue.
