Cold start problem

I am having a cold start issue. When i let the car sit over night it takes about 5 mins of cranking to start. I just rebuilt the motor and it started fine the first couple times. I have a bad coolant temp sensor, Datalogger says -59c at full temp, also the gas is about a year old because that is how long the car has sat. also blows very small puffs of white smoke at idle.

Change gas, change sensor lol
Mine got some crude on the ECU temp sensor and it hated cold starts.

Problem solved trying to wire the wrong sensor.
