I know this isn't what you're asking. But it's a lot cleaner to remove those barbs altogether and tap the holes and then install a SS set screw.

Yeah. It is... but I'm not planning on taking the tb off to do so. Maybe next time around. Ill just measure when I get home.

If memory serves me its one of two sizes:

5/32" (4mm) or 7/32 (5.5mm)

However, I've been meaning to perform the same mod Chris (89Mirageman). Man, it looks good!

I don't cap mine, I recirculate them. the right two to each other and the left two to each other.

I've done the same thing on both my cars. Much cleaner and I don't have to worry about caps cracking and leaking
