Tensioner Pulley Position????

Just got my head resurfaced and 4layer mls. I will be putting the car back together tomorrow and I was wondering what position the timing belt tensioner pulley should be in. Like the bolt should be to the left or right? A picture would really help. Thanks.

why would I consider rewriting the question I found that I would need a special tool so I requested information about not using this special tool....
