how do you get it off. i got all bolts out but its stuck toward the bottom where the one bolt holds it in. i tried using prybar and hammer and everything else. WTF! anything im missing?

If you've removed the big bolt/washer that holds the round bushing to the wheel hub and it won't slide off, it's probably just rusted on there. You're going to need to get creative with application of force without damaging the shock. I wouldn't advise using too much heat there, but maybe start with some PB Blaster for a couple days then try and get it off.
