Need Help Finding Fitting

Does anyone know where to find a 14mm x 1.5 female inverted flare to either NPT, Metric, or -AN (male or female doesn't really matter)?

Here is what I found:
One direction took me toward power steering lines. the other to old GM fuel line fittings. hope one of them get you what you need.
5/16 Saginaw = 14mm x 15.mm
