HKS SSQV ver.2 surging....

kinda need help.... just installed my v2 black edition and i dont like the fact that its surging on me.... and i dont know how to adjust it since it doesnt have the adjusting screw.... anyone how to fix this?

Unfortunatly there is no adjustment. Do a search on here about flutterdump, youtube also. Dbossman and 1947 have the same bov and also the same surge. It doesn't really affect the turbo since it is at lower pressures and the bov opens fine at higher boost levels. Either learn to live the the retarded horse whinny or buy a different bov.

it does surge just a bit around 20 psi so i dont know it it should do that... i have read that after a while it will stop but iono about that.... just had to ask to get an idea if people here are getting the same result

What helped with 1947 was ditching the plastic filter and a larger dedicated vacuum line to the bov. That filter is a huge restriction.

i have a dedicated vaccum line for it that goes rite to the intake manifold.... filter? iono wat part is that.... i also have it recirculated btw
