harness bar question

Hey guys, I was very much curious as to who still offers the harness bar for our rides?

Are the still available or nla? Could someone make one?

Would he still do so? I really dig the look and combined feel around the interior with one. They seem relativly piontless with a 2 door and funtioning rear seats(allowing passengers to still sit back, but duck underneath) but in the galant I feel it would not only improve rigidity of the vehicle but have a race inspired point of view to.
