Drive shaft issue

Ok, so today i have to take the t case and drive shaft to school to put them on. Cause that was the root to my slipping prob. I pulled the drive shaft out and noticed one of the bolt holes to the brackets on the drive shaft doesent have the metal piece in it. The other one has nothing and two are fully there where can i get this or can i make something else work. Please help ill check at school to see what you guys say.

Did you check to see if they the metal bushing piece is stuck to the studs on the car? I had one that was, when I was replacing the worn ones.
