I pulled the dash to replace a heater core and since then i cannot connect up to the diagnstic port. It doesn't show good ground, power and anything via multimeter. Is their any wiring gurus on here that could give me advice?

Well, I'm not a wiring guru....However, pulling the dash for that type of job can really separate very important components. I would just triple check all of the wiring related to that port, (and anything else that was disconnected) definitely a pain in the ass, make sure grounds are solid etc... Good luck. You'll get the support you need her for sure!

What more feedback do you really need? Trace the wires and I'm sure you'll find the issue.
