You advertised it as a brand new turbo which had ONE stripped hole on the turbine housing from where the previous owner had (allegedly) installed it but never run it. I paid $364.00 by Paypal to a Russ Riendeau (Paypal address [email protected]) on January 6th 2012. Russ Riendeau I subsequently discovered is not your name. On February 14th 2012 I contacted the moderators as I had received nothing from you and the 45 day Paypal claim limit was due to expire and was advised to make a claim which I did. Paypal decided in my favour probably because Russ Riendeau never shipped anything and I got my money back.
A few days later however Darren at FFWD Connection sent me this email:-

You know why you really got a good deal on this turbo? Because that turbine housing not only has one stripped hole, it has three. One is really hogged out and would need to be welded up, drilled, and re-tapped. The other two might be able to be heli-coiled, but they’re quite buggered up. Complete idiot who messed with this housing before.
All in all, I don’t know if I would stand behind a housing with that many inserts in it…maybe 1 but not 2 or 3. Plus, the expense in doing that job, you’d be better off finding a good used (and ported) housing, and start from there.

I would like to state that last MeanGreenvr4 and I made contact, he agreed that he owed me $100 dollars, and that he will refund me. this is evident in the Bad Guy thread for Mean GreenVR4.
I have since lost contact with MeanGreenVr4, and was never given a date of when this refund would occur. Cheekychimp, with my permission, has covered your debt to me by paying me $100 dollars.
In all matters regarding the 02 Housing (and forgive if I am over stepping my bounds here), Cheekychimp has paid for 02 housing that you sold him. Consider your debts to me cleared thanks to Cheekychimp. I have paypal statements to back up this claim up if requested.
I would like to also apologize to Cheekychimp that I did not post this transaction earlier to avoid this thread.

It would appear that you have sold three things on this forum, an exhaust manifold that was not as described and resulted in the purchaser making a Paypal claim against you, an intake manifold that you took money for and never shipped and this turbo which you described as 'mint with one stripped bolt hole' and subsequently turned out to be unusable in it's delivered state. That isn't much of a track record is it?
Everything that you ship you seem to ship late, I suspect in the hope that the Paypal 45 day limit will expire and that your purchasers will be left with no leverage against your unscrupulous dealings. Everyone who has dealt with you so far has had to ask for a refund and on every occasion you have refused to pay, promised to pay and never sent funds or bitched about the fact that Paypal found in their favour and returned their money.

When I asked you to send a return shipping label to get your parts back you still ignored me because you were too stupid to realize that Paypal had already returned the funds to me. If you had been less cocky and sent the return shipping label like I asked, you would have got your turbo back. Instead it got trashed because you were too busy being condescending to actually communicate with anyone.
And whilst we are on the subject, you claim to have been out of the States when all of this happened. Where exactly? On a business trip? The next time you think about trying to sell some parts, make sure that they are yours, make sure that you don't misrepresent them, make sure that you ship them on time and make sure that you communicate with your purchaser. If you can't do any of that, then you need to get used to the idea that this will probably happen again. You were offered an opportunity to get your turbo back and you chose to ignore it.
