So I hooked up a battery charger so I could open the sunroof and see how bad it was rusted.

In the process, I checked all the windows and turned on the blower for the ac/heater, and guess what came flying out the vents.....RAT sh*t /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bawling.gif.

SO now I need to pull all the duct work out, and while I'm in there I'm going to replace the heater core and the evaporator core.

I haven't gotten under the dash to take a look, but do I need to pull the dash to tackle this task?

most certainly you do. its not hard though, i swapped the dash in mine in like 6 hours and that included swapping all the vents and wires and ducting from the one to the other. i also did all that cleaning out and stuff.
