A/C Compressor wires / clutch test

i did some searching and couldnt get a straight answer.

i would like to test the clutch on my A/C compressor and i have three wires here i can choose from. Anyone know which wires i need to jump +12v and negative to? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

bah, i figured it out. black-white. i also kinda found out i am missing half the clutch, wtf?
