Will this size and offset work on our cars. I looked here first, nothing about +30 offset on a 17x7.5 rim click

How will they fit? Stick out a little or will I be able to tuck them under the fenders?

will probably be in line with the fenders so should fit so long as you don't fit stupidly wide or tall profile tyres. 215/40 (same as original rolling diameter) or 225/40 (slightly taller roller diameter) would be ideal.
