  3. FS: 91 Green Galant VR4 +extras, Upper Michigan, $4000 obo

This car is just sitting and rotting. I will consider offers to see that it gets the love it needs. Lots of potential here and the engine is build right. Call me or send me a PM.
  4. FS: 91 Green Galant VR4 +extras, Upper Michigan, $4000 obo

A bump to the top because my car realy needs a new owner. Take a look.
  5. FS: 91 Green Galant VR4 +extras, Upper Michigan, $4000 obo

Ok, I am moving to rural Alaska and my car is still sitting in Michigan. I need the money and it needs some love. So, make me an offer and get a steal on a great car. If I had time I would part it out and make more money, but I don't. Soon I will be living very far removed from civilization and...
  6. Whiteline 60x sway bars..... Too much for the street??

I have the above said combo and found it works wonderfully. A bit stiff but that is also do to the Hotbits. It made the car handle ten times better on the AutoX course. I think you will like it. However putting the bars in is a bit of a pain.
  7. Alaska?

Sorry if my post came off wrong. It wasn't directed at anyone here, just had some lowball offers. Fact is, like most of these cars, my car is worth more in parts then whole. Glad to see there are several owners in AK. I know of one other VR4 I see most days parked at Underground Performance in...
  8. Alaska?

My VR4 is stuck in the U.P. of Michigan. I may try and get it next year. I hate to see it rot but I will not give it away to someone just because I can't use it right now. If you search the Car For Sale you will find it.
  9. Alaska?

Hey, I'm in Wasilla. Still a long way from you but figured I would give a shout. My galant however is in Michigan because I just couldn't haul everything with me. I know there is a member in Sutton as well.
  10. FS: 91 Green Galant VR4 +extras, Upper Michigan, $4000 obo

Yes it is still for sale and looking for some love. P.M. me for more info and we can chat.
  11. What suspension???

+10,000 for Hotbits, I've been running them from the very first group buy and they rock. With new bushings, very large sway bars, and good brakes the car now handles very nice and is solid in the corners.
  12. FS: 91 Green Galant VR4 +extras, Upper Michigan, $4000 obo

Thanks for you guys that have been showing some interest in my car. It is still looking for someone to love it so it is time to bump it up.
  13. FS: 91 Green Galant VR4 +extras, Upper Michigan, $4000 obo

An update on my car. I am now in Alaska for my new job and my car is sitting on a trailer at my parents house in Upper Michigan. The last days I was there the car develped a problem starting when it was cold. If I pulled the plugs and heated them up it would start and run great. But with cold...
  14. FS: 91 Green Galant VR4 +extras, Upper Michigan, $4000 obo

Yep the tires are shot. But they grip great on dry roads. The doors are green just like the car. It is just the way the sun hit that makes them look black. One more thing this car will come with is a 14b turbo that is ported and was once on the car.
  15. FS: 91 Green Galant VR4 +extras, Upper Michigan, $4000 obo

****UPDATE 10/31/12 **** Yet another update on my poor car. I have moved again and still can't get anyone to come through with some cash for this car or the massive amount of parts it comes with. With a wife and now four kids I need money more then just about anything. Hit me up with a...
  16. BoostedAWD91

Good Guy, got my parts with out a problem. He stayed in contact. A pleasure to do business with.
  17. Rotors for those of us still using a 4-lug setup?

I have front rotors from irotors.com. Check them out here irotors for galant They have worked great for me, and the zinc washing realy holds up. They have been thru several winters and are just now starting to get some surface rust, but no flaking. I have also run about 10 AutoX events on these...
  18. Larry Parker

Got some new hotbit shocks to replace my rusted out ones. Good guy, got me the parts I needed. Also got new hem balls for my strut plates. Nice new units. If you need the parts call Larry.
  19. Downpipe for Evo 3 O2

I am running the RRE EVO3 DP on my SBR GT10. Flows great, matches up great, no more exaust leaks. A quality unit that fits great. I got the long version of it for use with out a cat. My local muffler shop cut and matched it to my existing 3" SS exaust.
  20. RvlutionMtrsport

Got some Whiteline bushing from Jesse. Good deal and good service, even with the busted foot. Always responds to PMs fast. Good guy
  21. over oiling a Ball bearing

From what I have read an inline filter is just another weak point. I beleave Jeff O.(keydiver) had issues with his clogging and toasting the turbo. Of course the same junk that clogged the filter would have toasted the turbo bearings. Kind of damned if you do, damned if you don't. I have been...
  22. Tom N

Got a set of front A-arms from Tom. Nice shape, just like he said. Some shipping snags, but Tom always relplied when asked and is a great guy to buy from. Good deal on the price too.
  23. Soon to come... Tubular control arms & K members and more!

I am begining to think this thing is dead. I contacted 2fasdsm last month and he said things were busy but he was still going to make the parts. Now no word or update. Hopefully something comes up soon.
  24. Soon to come... Tubular control arms & K members and more!

Let us know when the site is up. I need some of these parts. Thanks for your work.
  25. Great Guy- CO vr4

I too had a great transaction with Mike. I got a VDO boost gauge and it was shipped promptly and arived in perfect shape. Thanks again.
  26. TPS reads 100% all the time.

I think as long as the TPS sees a ground it will be fine. I soldered a 26AWG wire between the pins on the ECU so my ground doesn't actually go thru the board. It all works good for me. On a side note, I think I burned the ground out when I was working on the car with out disconnecting the...
  27. Which Aftermarket Downpipe do you use????

I just picked up a Road Race Enginering EVO 3 bent down pipe to match up to my EVO 3 O2. It fits great, the angles are just right and it tucks up very nice. I got the long version and eliminated the cat. It didn't match up to the rear cat flange. It was just a tad to long so the muffler shop...
  28. Autocross Surprise

Like the others have said, AutoX is great fun in any car. But for winning the VR4 is not the car to have. I started AutoX in my stock '90 talon. It was a great car that was quite fast in stock class and won many times in our local season. But then I desided to enter a Divisonal SCCA race. WOW...
  29. ducttapeguy

I bought a set of rims from Tyler and he shipped them before I even paid! They were very well packaged and arrived in good shape. He is a stand up guy in my book and follows thru on his sales.
  30. Good Guy: rocketman

Got a MPI relay and plug from him off of his wrecked car . Good to deal with and shipped in a timely manor .
  31. TPS reads 100% all the time.

Yep I have had that problem before too. I conected the wires wrong once on the coolant sensor and got a CE light and bad running. Well I check the ECU and sure enough the ground track from pins 24/17 to pin 101/106 is open. So I guess I will be doing some soldering at work tonight. We have some...
  32. TPS reads 100% all the time.

Thanks man. I figured it was the ground because I am seeing -75 deg. coolant temps. I noticed they both use the same ground. I will check the board today and probably be doing some soldering latter. Good thing I have some high quality, small gauge, wire laying around.
  33. TPS reads 100% all the time.

Okey, I have figured out that the TPS has no ground, but the wires to the ECU are good because I can read the TPS resistance from the plug on the ECU. So, the TPS grounds thru the ECU, correct? Can I check the ECU to see if the ground path is bad? Are there resistors, caps, or diodes on the ECU...
  34. TPS reads 100% all the time.

Thanks for the reply, I knew someone out there had the info I was looking for. I already know that when I disconnect the TPS the logger shows 0%, so now I will check the output of the TPS and that should narrow it down. I just wasn't sure what the voltage was, but you helped with that. Thanks...
  35. TPS reads 100% all the time.

Okey here is the story. I discoved last week that my O2 sensor voltage was jumping around alot and causeing the ECU to dump fuel. So I figure the O2 sensor was bad and picked up a new one. Today I started to change it out when I noticed that the wires going into the plug were cracked and that...

Just got some stainless brake lines from John. Fast shipping, very nice items. Went smooth.
  37. 645of1000

  38. good guy "TWKD"

Drew is one of the best sellers I have encountered. I purchased a SBR GT-10 turbo from him about a month ago. Well FedEx managed to drop the box and damage the compressor wheel. Drew arranged everything, from pick up by FedEx, to finding a repair shop, to calling me on the phone and letting me...

  44. Anyone with a GVR Rally Car?

WOW! Very impressive Larry, much more info then I expected. That should be enough for me to make a front skid, possibly with some small changes depending on the car. Now I just have to source some scrap parts to make it with. Thankfully I work in the aircraft biz so there is lots of scrap...
  45. Anyone with a GVR Rally Car?

Thanks for the pic Larry. No, I do not intend to make this car a full rally car, just a little stronger then the normal Galant. Mostly I want the skid plate up front to keep the drifts from packing my engine with snow in the winter . I also take the occasional dirt road trip and don't want to...
  46. Anyone with a GVR Rally Car?

I am looking for someone with a Galant rally car who could give me mesurements and pictures of skid plates. Yes I could just go mesure my car, but I don't have a lift and figure if someone here already made some I could get the info. I am realy looking for a front plate but would like info on...
  47. David Brode

I am yet another satisfied customer of Dave's. He actually forgot about my order, but when I asked him were it was he apoligized and refunded my shipping charge . Now that is service that some much larger shops could learn from.
  48. bleck

More thumbs up for Sean! I sold him some H&R's and it was hassle free. In fact he sent me more cash then we agreed to just to prove he wasn't trying to lowball me . Now that is a great guy!
  49. fastgvr4

Just got my Whiteline sway bars, bushings, strut bar, and H&R springs. Good to deal with, paypal verified, worked with me on payment type, and didn't rob me on shipping. As a bonus I got a great deal on the stuff.
  50. Keydiver

Jeff is one of the best on this site. I my ECU messaged by him only a month or so after finding this site. I started hearing about him and the stuff he could do, a few emails later and my car was hooked up with the full package! All from some guy I never even met, try to find that on the DSM...
