Re check for boost leaks with a boost leak tester and soap and water across the ENTIRE system, including near the throttle body and intercooler setup. Id also check for intake manifold leaks. Start there.Then are you sure the timing is set properly?

So the crank pulley DOES have to be lined up with the TDC markwhen the cam gears line up properly?When the car is NOT on I see that this is in fact the case.When I start the car, and ground the timing and check again, the lines line up on cam, but the mark on the crank pulley does NOT...
