WTB: EVO 3 5th gear

im rebuilding a trans and i want to add a taller 5th gear. pm me if you have one or know where to get one. Jacks no longer has them. i already called and asked today.

Jacks says its a discontinued part from Mitsu, NLA im pretty bummed right now.

any chance you want to sell one of those sets if you have them still?

I sold one set with a transmission I built in the past. The other is in my current transmission and will not be leaving me. Sorry.

I know its alot more but you may have to buy a whole used trans to get the set. I bought an Evo 2 trans just for 1st and 5th

well if i do that, ill just put all of the evo guts into my trans. better shift forks, rails and gears.

Funny thing is that my Tranny is over at Jacks right now and they told me the same thing about the Evo 3 5th. Luckily I remembered that Tim at TMZ usually likes to keep some in stock so I ordered once from him and had it sent to Jacks. Jacks received it and put it in /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Here at Ralliart germany are several pairs in stock (MD743956 + MD744807). I'll stop by the warehouse later and ask how many are left exactly.
Price is 130 EUR for MD744807 and 70 EUR for MD743956, so 200EUR for both.

Shipping via DHL would be 35,99 EUR up to 5kg and 47,99 EUR up to 10kg.

the part numbers you are using aren't matching up with mine. do you have different numbers in germany?

these are the two part numbers i need:
Evo 3 10% taller 5th Gear - MD743980
Evo 3 5th Intermediate Gear - MD743319

if im wrong someone please correct me, because i think i might have found the evo3 5th gear sets for 150$ shipped.

MD743956 and MD744807 are the parts used in the RS models. IIRC the ratio is 34 to 21 = 0.617
We've used them in several gearboxes we upgraded from weaker N/A gears.

I can also check for MD743980 and MD743319 if you want.
