torque on tranny nut

i need to know the torque of the 2 36mm nuts that go on the end of the 5th gear on the trans.

 

FSM says 102-115 ft. lbs.

The old VFAQ page about tightening those nuts to fix shifter movement is gone, but I want to say that it suggested torquing them to 125-150 ft lbs. Can't recall for sure though.
