P/S Pump Nut torque spec?

Hello.

I have a repair manual for galants but go figure, it isn't complete. I'd like the torque spec for the nut circled in red below. it the the nut connecting the power steering arm.

is that joint a prime culprit for leaks? I have P/S fluid accumulating on the bottom of my power steering pump but I am unable to pinpoint where it's coming from. Any tips would be great.
