is 21 psi Ok to run out of a Evo3 16G, clipped and ported. The internals are stock but I have arp head studs, MLS headgasket and a jackal standalone. I just want a reliable setup and I can't quite get my manual boost controler setup right for some reason.

What is the fuel setup?

Is the jackal capable of logging? How do you plan to monitor the engine?

If the rest of your setup can support it, then yes, it's fine to run that turbo at those boost pressures.

Yes Jackal can log, it's petty much can do what ECMLink can do expect be used on cars with MAF's setups.
