Lost the instructions.

Bottom port- waste gate
Side port- turbo outlet

Tighten it up, and blow in each of the ports. Whichever is easiest to blow in is the inlet(turbo side), hardest to blow in goes to WG actuator.

I'm a dummy. If I had taken the time to pull the hoses off the MBC itself i would have seen one barb is painted red for boost side
