I was under the impression these are made by the fabricator building the cage. :shrug

I've thought about building these to sell but requires dimple dies, hole dies and a press. The dies aren't cheap either a good set thats going to last is up around 700 then you need the ones to knock out the holes in a press and the press itself. About a grand to 1500 to start doing them.
