Weird. On 4/22 post with all the photos, i still see ABS in the car, but in this link click Updated 1/14/2013, It says "Full ABS delete done properly using Mitsu parts"

/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

Fixed it, looks like that mixed in with the 4WS delete. Thanks.

It was just typed up wrong, I fixed it. The ABS hasn't been deleted properly yet, only the cruise control (not pictured) and 4WS have been deleted properly so far. But I do want to delete the ABS eventually though.

I would strongly suggest you try and do this while the powertrain is out of the vehicle. It would be WAY easier. I just did mine with everything in the car, and it really sucked. I wish i'd done it while the engine was out.

First I need to obtain all the correct parts, and I don't wanna do that right now, but I'll get around to it.

Yeah, I just got deleting abs. I had troubles trying to find a used proportioning valve and got bent over for it. I also custom bent hard lines with everything in the engine bay and it SUCKKKKKKEDDDDDDDD. I do dig the weight I shaved off though.

The wrap job on the manifold looks nice. I need to wrap mine at some point.

Pretty sure it's a 91 trans. It's the one that came with the car when I bought it.

Well yeah I'm sure they are different but nope no issues. This is actually the best shifting one I've had. My two other DSM's felt real notchy and grind sometimes. This one is smooth.

Those power steering lines you used (you said silicone), do they have any reinforcement bands in them? If not, they aren't going to handle any pressure. That, and they may swell up from the oils.

I believe they did have something in them, there was also another layer of something inside too, its red in the center.
