Up for sale today is a FelPro PermaTorque HG. I had it on one of my builds and then decided to part the car, and the head and shortblock were sold seperately. This HG has less than 100 miles of use on it, and retails for ~$210 new.

Sealed just fine for me, and if your head and block are flat, it should do just fine for you as well. I've been told MLS can be reused, and have heard of people on DSMLink doing so without any problems. Asking $135 shipped.
