front brake rotor outside diameter?

looking to purchase new front brake rotors for #110. I cannot seem to put a finger on what the correct outside diameter of our front rotors are. I am still 4 lug and will likely buy thru rockauto.com.

Also are the ebay gvr4 brake packages any good? the ones that come with slotted and drilled rotors and pads...
