Im in the middle of my tb being replaced. Once that is out of the way im going v3. I did alot of searching and I just wanted to ask since the car is a dd and will be tuned for the street will I be happier with the overall driveability of the car?.I guess what im asking is if there is a big diffrence in the way the car will drive without the gm maf.? just wondering guys. thanks.

Overall driveability between what, and what? We'd need to know what we're comparing

I don't think I was missing anything by not running ECMLINK until I started tuning into the upper limits of my parts. Eg when on (a properly setup) GM MAF, at 25psi ECMLINK made all the difference, and at 17psi it was marginally noticeable.

ECMLINK is like a helmet - you'll probably see exactly why you need it, when you do need it. Don't buy one to ride the bus though.

antioch ca,
Definitely better with V3 with speed density. Easier to tune as well...better throttle response
