Look what I got in the mail /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif :

So happy because I had this running rich problem all the time. and noone was able to figure out why, so we thought my keydiver chip went bad, well I never got CEL's, and I was going to install my chip up until I found this:

So what does this part of the board does this control? can this be why I run rich all the time?

IC107 is one of the two that drive the ISC. Time to measure the resistances of the coils in your ISC.
Once or more may be open now but it was shorted and the current blew up the driver. If it's still shorted it will blow the driver again one repaired.

If I replace the ISC, should this fix the problem? and would this blow out cause anything else on the board to run rich?

The driver and ISC aren't likely to be the cause of running rich. I've seen several cases of the blown driver shorting the ECU and once replaced and the fried traces repaired the ECU works fine.

Thats what I am asking, can it have caused other parts of the board to mess up? if so can it be possible that its causing my car to run rich? It never used to, now it does......

So, which problem do you want to fix first?

While you're figuring that out, we'll be looking at:

What everyone is trying to tell you is that, YES, it can cause all sorts of issues and damage.

The black crap that is sprayed all over your board is conductive.

The little black parts that are blown to bits control the idle and now the ECU can't do its job.

If you have the ECU fixed without addressing the real problem of why it blew in the first place, it can and most likely will happen again.

Bottom line:

Get the ECU fixed, test out the wiring harness (very carefully), pull the ISC and meter that, check the FIAV body for bad seals.

Good luck...
