Simple check with an air hose.

Take off one of the T body coolant lines or turbo coolant lines then attach a hose with a bolt in it. On the other end of the hose install a barb fitting that is screwed into a air compressor regulator connect the air and start turning it up till about 12 to 14 psi. It will show the problem.

WATER PUMP... or O-RING from water pump to coolant pipe.. bet you.

doubt it, maybe its the hose that comes out of that housing and leads up to the main water pipe... the clamp is probably weak and the hose is prob soft usually thats where they always start to leak

I'm willing to bet it's the water pump. Even if those hoses feeding the oil cooler were bad, they're below where the coolant is forming drips, so the leak should be coming from above.

You can rent a cooling system pressure tester from advance/autozone. It will tell you right away exactly where your problem is.
