Boost Question

on a stock gvr4 how many LBS. of boost do they push? i am currently pushing between 8-10 lbs and was woundering if i could go more. I have a evo 3 manifold and evo 3 16g turbo if that matters

Make sure your motor and systems are top notch. Spare no expense when it comes to supporting mods. Get quality parts. Research research research research research research research till you cant research anymore. Stock boost levels are 9 to 12 psi.

AFTER maintenance and research, you will want to upgrade the injectors and fuel pump (at minimum) before turning up the boost. The stock pump and injectors will be over run at about 15 psi on a 14b. You will also want to look at an upgraded IC, maybe intake, exhaust and a tuning option. Make sure your car can handle the extra boost before you turn it up.

The head, header, intake and turbo is ported. 560cc inj, chip with shutter box, ac cutout and higher rev limit, aeromotive fuel pressure reg, canceled 4wheel steer, 5 lugs all way around so its got some work done to it
