Bent shift rail/broken fork? Transmission Question

When I shift into 4th gear, it shifts in too smooth. Almost as if its not even in gear. When shifting in any other gear, I can feel the bang going into each gear to let you know its in/out. Even when I shift out of 4th gear, it feels like it was never even in there.

I know something is broken inside. Any guesses? Thanks.

How close am I to grenading if that clip is broke/loose?

It will mostly just pop out of gear. Although, where did it go.....
