Are these stock cam shafts?

I would like some help identifying these cams. I'm a bit thrown off due to the "L" stamped on them. I see no known aftermarket markings, was told they were BC272s, but there are no stamps on the small ring saying BC0101 or BC101 only numbers on it are on the end opposite of the cam gears. More pics can be had for anyone.

Stock cams. The A is the grind and if you look them up you can find the specs on those stock cams.
