anyone using an Lc-1 and simulating it as NB?

I have no idea if i did this correctly, i set the analog ports up right and it seems to switch only between .20v and .80v but the afr does read.

I haven't done it but I believe that the narrowband is supposed to behave as you say. The idea is not for it to ever sit at stoich but for it to bounce back and forth across it. The only values that you care about are 0.2v and 0.8v cause they indicate lean and rich respectively. So long as it cycles back and forth between those values it's working fine.
