anti lock light help

So i know some galants have this light on, what exactly does it mean, should i be worried? both of galants have it on, is there a way to turn the light off or cut the wire or sumthing so i can do emissions test,

Fault with the ABS system. Either bad fuse , bad wheel speed sensor, somethings wrong with the abs control unit...etc.

Has ABS been deleted or purposefully disabled on your vehicle?

ABS light will not impact emission test, only Check Engine.
Just means you don't have electronic ABS assist now short of your right foot.

I've took cars to get E test and had a CEL but they still passed. They were all obd1 so I am guessing they dont have the obd1 plug to hook up to the diagnostic port. If he is getting a CEL for the knock sensor but his car runs fine it should pass
