OK, I can't find a master rebuild kit anywhere before I open my used master for rebuilding. This pic from the service manual appears like there is only 4 O-rings I need to get. Anyone have an idea how to find the O-ring part number beforehand without going in and measuring?

As an aside I hope the differential bore shown in the diagram is non functional as far as having different pressures on the two ports, as that is not going to work well with the stock non-abs proportioning valve that splits each port diagonally.

I did, but I want to check it for wear and dirt inside the cylinder before I install it so I figure I might as well replace the seals while I've got it apart.
