Upper rear seat removal

So I guess I'm a little retahded... Its easy to see you have to remove the three bolts at the bottom, but it seems to still be attached at the top. I couldn't for the life of me see any bolts at the top in the trunk. Help!

Slide it up. Hooks hold it at the top, the bolts at the bottom keep it locked into the hooks.

Thanks guys. I know it was a really dumb question but I'm really afraid of breaking things like clips or retainers and the like. But that's what the newbies section is for right?

Yup. After breaking a couple of the hooks that hold the door panels when I tried to take one off for the first time, I can understand your wanting to make 100% sure about what you were going to do.
