If you are looking to put this on a non-VR4 you might need the foam filler and possibly the steel bumper itself.
Someone with CAPS or that has swapped a G-GSx may be able to chime in on this.

i have CAPS, i love fabricating stuff, i know its possible, so im not worried about doing it, i just wanna get the bumper at a good price, i hate the stock GS bumper (its fugly) lol

nope and they cut back so far underneath the crash bar it looks fugly to me lol
