I'm in the market for a stock set of pistons and rods out of a 93-94 galant 2.0 non turbo. They are the 9.8:1 compression pistons.

Do you mean the super rare SOHC 16v 4G63 engine? I've only seen two of these cars in the local junkyards over the past 5-6 years.

I sold a car to someone on here that was a 93 LS. 16v SOHC.
He might still have access to the car but its not for certain.

I was under the impression they were a DOHC engine. I could be wrong. I'm building an n/a eclipse and it could really benifit from the higher compression ratio.

93 is a year by itself. 2.0 sohc.
94 is a 2.4. A little over 1550 of them were dohc (gs); the rest were sohc. The same up to 98.
