Dave, are you going to lower this car at all?
Iceman69510 did some research awhile back and determined that the standard fwd knuckles had a more favorable outer tie rod location than the awd units as far as their steering arms.
(Basically, because the awd cars had a higher ride height, the factory engineered the steering arm angle/location of the vr-4's for that increased ride height. Works bitchin for the cars that sit at the factory ride height, but for lowered cars the bumpsteer curves are not quite as optimal as they would be with the standard fwd knuckles that were engineered for the lower ride height.)
