Will these wheels fit right?

I know there's a fitment guide and all, and have searched alot. Looking at some 17x7's with 35mm offset. Most people have 17x8's with the 35 offset and they look great to me. Would the 7's stick out more, or tuck in more?

Tuck in more. With the same offset, narrower wheel overall width, you would have less wheel width outboard of the mounting position.

Basically 12.7 mm or 1/2" less outboard.
