Yes you can. I am running Evo 8/9 Ohlins in my VR4 with the SCE adapter kit. You will also want to use Galant specific top plates or reuse you OEM's.

He's not driving a E38/39A GVR4, he's got a 8th gen VR4, so suspension would be whatever those dudes typically run or what the 8g community runs.Yes you can.
