G'day.

Finally have finished my VR4 rally car rebuild. Slight crack in the dump pipe to be welded yet.

175.4kw at the wheels and 325nm torque. The Cyclone manifold has been setup to work, and it does the job.

Boost peaks at 15 psi and then drops down to 12 while the power is still building. I guess the increased air speed from closing the long runners is what does the trick.

Very happy chappy.

Cheers

Ross.

Sacrilege!

You can't make a post like this and not add pictures. Show us the beast!

Now THAT'S what I'm talking about ... beasts in their natural environment.

That's a nice car. You SHOULD be proud.

Nice, I seen this car in the 2012 DSMtuners calendar. Love the action shots!

Thanks. I am trying to load some pics of the build but they are all over 2mb.
Will post some when I get it sorted on the iMac.

Sorry, no remote, there is a big wait at the start, then fuel pump wire was shorting out for a bit, Ian thought I was fiddling about /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif. Found the problem in service.
