I put on a cat for emissions testing and I'm either going to get this.... or a whole nother 3 inch exhaust that I'll put on and only take off when I need to do emissions testing every two years. If anyone has done this mod or had any expierence with it please speak up and let me know how it works. Thanks.

You could get the 3 in exhaust and have it flanged so you can swap between a high flow cat for emissions inspections and a test pipe for the rest of the time.

If you already have a 3" exhaust, why waste money to buy a new one. Just weld on some flanges or v-bands like BluFalcon said.
