Still working Guys... to the ones that has added there names to the list thanks.... bearings died in my miter saw (to much wobble in the blade) so I went and picked up a new one yesterday and with a new 50 dollar blade had a tooth come off. Heard the ping but before the brake stopped it the blade lost about 20 teeth and flipped the last piece out of the clamp and pushed it again the left side fence and bent it. So I tried to straighten the fence and it broke so I spend from about 5PM to 10 PM designing and building a 6061T6 fence for the saw. Lack bolting it up and cutting the last piece for the rear weld on tabs. But needed it for the front tabs and couldn't wait on ordering a replacement.

Vinny is coming up Friday and bringing the seats with him. I'll have them from Friday noon till Saturday at 5 so should get more measurements than I need and do up a completed set and get pictures of them installed. If that's the case should be able to start shipping mid to end of next week.

Hope so... I have a car swap met to go to Super Bowl Sunday. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/devil.gif

Well cutting slots tonight had to edit code so the mill is quiet so not to disturb the family. I'm up late every night anyway but Vinny called and will be here noon Friday and since the metal supplier will have the angle stuff for the front Friday morning will be a wash. Hoping to have all the rear bars cut sloted and welded up by tomorrow night. I checked and the factory bolts with the 14mm heads want work so I notched the top and cut slots so nice allen heads will fit and want be a pain to install. If the buyers want hardware included I'll check my supplier next week for a price for all hardware needed. Allens for the seats, floor new nuts for up front and even the bolts for the side brackets. Figure if we're going to do this might as well make it look sexy.

Ok God and mother nature are against us. Metal is at the supplier and I'll be picking it up at 7am. Problem is there calling for 6 to 8 inches of snow and ice tonight and Vinny can't risk the trip and I really don't blame him, he's coming up to pick up an engine as well as a new heat pump for his house. One slip coming down the Mount Eagle on the way to Chattanooga and its bye bye Mr heat pump. But he said he's coming next weekend. So we'll be a week behind but I can slow down and not have to work till all hours of the night. 6 or 8 inches of snow doesn't phase me in the least because I grew up with it but TN isn't equip for it and don't have the supply of salt and brine to take care of it like northern states plus people around here are from everywhere due to Ft Campbell being in the north end of town and they just can't drive in it. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I'll get some progress pictures tomorrow of the welding etc. Thanks again.

Ok since I said I'd check on hardware and we'll be a week behind due to weather might as well have a list of how many people wants the hardware set as well. It will need 4 allens for the seats to the brackets with flat washers, lock washers and nuts then two for the floor and two self locking nuts with washers and allens for the front sides with washers and nuts.

Might as well make this plug and play and I can get a better deal on these that you guys going to lowes or homedepot and paying 2 bucks for 5 washers in a little bag.

So just fill in to the side if you want hardware as well with a Yes or No, next week if you haven't responded to the list I'll send a PM.
