steering rack ?

I deleted my 4ws and want to use a 1g steering rack. my question is can i use a front wheel drive rack? do i have to use an all wheel drive rack? whats the difference?

Non power rack from a 1.8 n/a car is what you want. Be sure to get the passenger bracket with it also.

Any 1G rack will work if you intend to keep your power steering. Grab the reservoir as well, or block off the lines from the reservoir that go back to the rear rack.

no i want to keep power steering but just the front wheels which power rack do i need fwd awd?

im actually going to use a custom electric power steering set up. with a custom mount reservoir. i already have a rack out of a 1g awd just want to make sure it will work.
